Please read cancellation policies below and be aware there is a $10 cancellation fee for any bash fee cancellations. Please see below. If refunded online there are also processing fees that may be deducted from the actual refund payment, which we are not liable for. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ONCE YOU PAY, Please go to the reservation tab and fill out the form to book your suite or room. WITHOUT THIS, YOU ARE NOT BOOKED. Please fill out each line. All info is required, including phone number in case of questions. If you book a suite, it is not guaranteed as suites sell out quick and you will then be booked into a standard room and put on the waiting list.
If the credit card you list on your reservation is going to expire by the time the bash comes, it must be confirmed now, and when it is replaced before the bash, please email us to advise you have a new card. Bad credit card info = no reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancel by April 5th, 2011 @ 11:59pm EST and receive full refud of bash fee paid minus $10 cancellation fee. No charge for room or suite.
NO REFUNDS AFTER THAT DATE. We understand circumstances change or things come up, but by this date we have paid out a lot of expenses that we cannot get back. Sorry, no exceptions.
Cancel your room or suite by April 20th, 2012 you will be charged for one night. After that date you are charged for the total number of nights you reserved.
Please do not pay your bash fee until you have read this entire site and you are sure you are able to go.
Cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Bash fee refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Bash fees are transferable, but we must receive written notice from purchaser who they are transferring the fee to and that party is also responsible to accept your room or suite reservation if transferred after April 20th, 2012.
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any bash payment and ban individuals from our bash, who pose a threat to our group. We reserve the right to refuse bash access or service, and can remove these individuals from this event as needed. Bash Security is licensed by the State of Florida.
