CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancel by April 18th, 2010 @ 11:59pm EST and receive full refund of bash fee paid. No charge for room or suite.
Cancel by April 25th, 2010 @ 11:59pm EST and receive a 75% refund of bash fee paid. No charge for room or suite.
Cancel by May 2nd @ 11:59pm EST and receive a 50% refund of bash fee paid. No charge for room or suite.
Cancel by May 9th @ 11:59pm EST and receive a 25% refund of bash fee paid. No charge for room or suite.
No bash fee refunds after May 9th, 2010. Cancel your room or suite by May 16th and you will be charged for one night. After that you are charged for the total number of nights you reserved.
Please do not pay your bash fee until you have read this entire site and you are sure you are able to go.
Cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Bash fee refunds are processed within 7 business days. Bash fees are transferable, but we must receive written notice from purchaser who they are transferring the fee to and that party is also responsible to accept your room or suite reservation if transferred after May 9th, 2010.
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any bash payment and ban individuals from our bash, who pose a threat to our group. We reserve the right to refuse bash access or service, and can remove these individuals from this event as needed. Bash Security is licensed by the State of Florida. If you are caught using an illegal substance, you will be removed from the bash and property with no bash refund. Zero tolerance for such disrespect of our event.
